When we have common centre there are no contradiction. When we draw circles with different radius and common centre, no two of them clashes with each other. Spiritual as well as material activities work on the same theory. In spiritual world there is one defined centre of all entities (soul) to serve the Lord Sri Krishna. Hence all entities with this common centre of serving Lord with their capacity (radius) themselves create their own spiritual realm (a circle) with Lord. There is no conflict. Example all Gopis have common centre of pleasing Krishna although Radharani's capacity is considered topmost (Her love for Krishna is unparallel) still none of the other Gopi gets affected by this. Because they themselves have separate spiritual realm with Krishna. Shrimad Bhagvatam says that during Rasa Lila, Krishna expanded Himself and was present with each Gopi personally. We can think of many such examples and this is the reason.
Coming back to our world. Do we all have common centre and obvious answer is NO. No two individual have common centre and result is conflict between two individuals, between two religious groups, between two countries and so on. Very simple example. Imagine workers building a house. There are many different skills required for that and various people get different rewards for their work but still they don't clash. Just imagine there are two architects now making same building with different teams on same site with different vision (centre). There will be no success. This is the current situation of our world. All of us have different centre and hence we clash whenever our boundaries meet and conflict arises.

When one is not attached to anything but at the same time accepts everything in relation to Krsna, one is rightly situated above possessiveness. On the other hand, one who rejects everything without knowledge of its relationship to Krsna is not as complete in his renunciation.
